Registering pets: Pets do not require to be microchipped or have tattoo identification, they also do not require health certificates.
Pet culture: Dog leads must be 2.5m long. Dogs are not allowed on bathing beaches, whether on or off their leash. Dumping dog waste in municipal trash bins is prohibited. All waste must be flushed down the toilet.

Pet culture: Culture around pets is very conservative. Pets are not allowed in public parks or beaches, but there are some great alternative to walking your pets, such as the surrounding desert and indoor doggy playgrounds.
